Lucas Salgado, in Belém, Brazil, decides how your data is handled on this site. This page says which data the site receives, what for and how you control it.
When you only browse
The site opens without loading any third-party tool. The host (Netlify) logs technical access, such as the IP address, to keep the site online and secure.
Usage measurement, only if you allow it
On your first visit, the site asks whether it can use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Contentsquare. They measure which pages are viewed and how browsing happens (clicks, scrolling), may use cookies and identifiers and send data to servers outside Brazil. If you decline, none of them loads. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” button in the footer.
Project form
When you fill in the form, the data (name, company, WhatsApp, e-mail and answers) is used only to reply to your contact about a possible project. The legal basis is handling a request from you before a contract (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018, art. 7, V).
The data is stored in Netlify's form service, on servers in the United States, and with me for as long as the conversation about the project lasts. After that, until you ask for deletion. It is not sold or passed on for any other purpose.
When you tap “Continue on WhatsApp”, the site opens the app with a summary of your answers already written. Nothing is sent until you confirm there, and from then on WhatsApp's own policy applies.
The quick brand read runs in your browser. The site does not send or store your answers.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (art. 18), you can ask to confirm that we handle your data, access it, correct it, delete it, port it, learn who it was shared with and withdraw consent. Write to me on WhatsApp or LinkedIn. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
